Information submitted through this website
What we collect
For quote requests, we collect the contact and business information you provide. For questions about the fictional Acme demonstration, we collect your name, email address, phone number and question. For free white paper requests, we collect your email address, optional first name, whether you chose to receive future marketing emails, the wording and time of any consent, and campaign information carried in the link you used. Please do not submit confidential information about your business in the Acme question form.
How we use it
We use quote-request information to contact you and scope an implementation. We use Acme questions to prepare example answers and contact you using the details provided; we may also use questions to improve our fictional examples after removing personal details. We use your email address to deliver the white paper you request. Choosing not to receive ongoing emails does not affect delivery of the white paper. If you actively select the separate marketing choice, we may email you occasional practical AI insights and Owner Insights AI updates, including news when the interactive Acme Kitchens demo becomes available. You may unsubscribe from those emails at any time. We do not sell submitted information.
Storage and notification
Submissions are stored in the website’s private database before any email is attempted. We use an email delivery service to send the requested guide and notify authorized staff of form requests. Only an affirmative marketing choice makes a guide requester eligible for addition to our separate Owner Insights AI marketing list, which may be managed in Mailchimp. Basic technical information and privacy-conscious hashed identifiers may be used to prevent automated or duplicate submissions. Authorized Owner Insights AI and Holistic Web Presence personnel may administer the requests.
Retention
Quote requests, Acme questions and guide-request records may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Marketing subscription and suppression records may be kept as needed to manage subscriptions and honor unsubscribe requests.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete information you submitted by sending a new request through the quote-request form and explaining what you need. Marketing emails provide an unsubscribe option.
