Before delivering your Owner Insights AI setup, we test important calculations and representative answers against the records provided. The results we have checked give us confidence in the setup, but AI can still make mistakes. Testing cannot cover every future question or establish that the underlying records are correct. Please verify important figures before making business decisions, and let us know if an answer does not look right.
When you use the plugin, information relevant to your questions may be processed through your ChatGPT account and the services supporting the connection. Whether OpenAI may use that information for model training depends on your account type and settings. Before use, please review your data controls, connected-app permissions, and who has access to the account. No connected system can offer an absolute security guarantee.
